Exam application - Parent pan card number error

So as part of an UPSC recruitment test, i was shortlisted to interview however i noticed in my application form that an digit is interchanged in father's pan card number

I am soon to appear for the interview and documents verification, i have sent an email regarding this for now , however what other steps should i take to rectify the mistake?
