Housing for Doctoral Students?

Hi everyone, I’m in need of some help!

I am moving to Seattle this September to start a doctoral program at Antioch University. For context, I am a single 28 year old female. I need suggestions on affordable places to live (if they exist)!

Some parameters:

-No more than $2200 per month in cost

-At least 450 square feet

-Needs to allow cats

-Balcony or patio required

-In unit laundry required

-On-site parking required

-Close to Belltown or easily accessible by public transportation

If anyone has a mother-in-law suite or ADU, that would be an option as well!

I am a homebody, like going to concerts, hiking, exploring new restaurants and cafes, and will be in school full-time.
