CPU Temps

Just install a new AIO cooler for Corsair and my CPU temp seems to be jumping up and down 10 or more degrees every second.

Its their new Titan 360 aio cooler.

Is this normal?

I also see the fans do not go as high of RPM as the old ones.

EDIT: I just used the thermal paste that came on the cooler pre applied. Should I use my own?

Another Issue since installing the cooler is that my headphone jack is all static....

I tried wiggling wires and nothing changes it
