Armpit surgery question

Hi all! I’m having surgery on both of my armpits in about a week. The plan is to remove all of the affected tissue and then stitch my armpits shut. Most of the posts I see are about leaving the wounds open or skin grafts so I’m wondering if anyone has had the type of surgery I’m having and if they have any tips/tricks or supplies/clothing I might need so I can be prepared. Any advice is welcome!!
