Out for Delivery then Out of State

Hey! I have never had packages shipped thru OnTrac before and was not even aware of their delivery service at all. My package shipped a couple of days ago and was scheduled to arrive today. As of 8 AM, the package was "loaded on a vehicle" at my local OnTrac hub and then marked as out for delivery. About two hours later, the progress bar rolled back and shows my package as having travelled back to the hub it was at yesterday. For context, I am in CT and the hub it was at before mine was in NJ. So essentially it is showing as having gone from NJ => CT => out for delivery => NJ ? It also doesn't really make sense because the distance from my local hub to the one in NJ is almost 3 hours so unless the driver teleported it couldn't possibly have gone from the CT hub to the NJ hub in two hours flat? Of course there's no customer support so I guess I just have to wait and see what happens. Has anyone else experienced anything weird like this with package tracking thru OnTrac? Ty
