Help with deciding which book edition to buy

I have a budget of approximately 35 $ and I'm willing to buy a book from Amazon that would be beneficial for my technique. My current choices are:

1. G Schirmer Czerny Op. 740 etudes complete
2. G. Schirmer Moszowski Op 72 etudes complete
3. G Schirmer Chopin etudes op 25 and op 10 all complete.

These books are around the same price. I think the best choice for me is Moszowski because of my level but for value, it's Chopin. P.S keep in mind that shipping tax is included.
