I started Oestra back in June 2025 for my birthday. I was turning 46 and absolutely sick of feeling horrible constantly. I was having chronic severe migraines since 38 years old and tried everything and they were deemed treatment resistant. All my joints hurt, I couldn’t loose weight no matter what I did. Not sleeping and really bad anxiety and low mood. At 35 I was given the diagnosis of pmds. I would have severe pms 10+ days a month and just miserable. I feel good enough to workout so Im back in the gym after a 10 year break (never felt well enough and working out would trigger migraines) and have lost 20lbs and feel 32. Im so happy!
