Cisco MISL behavioral screening

Hello. I’m in the military and applied for Cisco’s MISL program last month, which is essentially an internship up to 6 months with Cisco that may translate into a full time job at the end.

They got back recently and I now have a behavioral screening scheduled. What should I expect as far as questions asked? What are they looking for? I also would appreciate any input from any former Cisco MISL attendees on the full process.
