Good morning ladies and gents! Is it better to farm yasakani from the three samurai at the end of sinister end…

Or is there a spot the community has agreed offers a higher drop chance? Been farming the guys in the room from sinister end with over 400 luck and not gotten a single one yet. Any other tips are welcomed!

And thanks in advance.
