Epilepsy & ADHD?

Just wondering how many of us also struggle with adhd? Whether you’re medicated for it or have other ways to handle the adhd? I have JME and take Keppra but trying to change into another med cause keppra’s doing my head in and when i got screened for my adhd they said they wouldn’t recommend meds for me as my seizures aren’t entirely controlled. Got diagnosed with my epilepsy at 16 and adhd at 21, almost 23 now. Would love to hear from everyone else!
