GED in NC: Onsego vs GED.com?

I’m researching how to obtain my GED in North Carolina and wanted to get some advice. It looks like I can use Onsego for studying and practice tests, and then schedule the actual GED exam through GED.com once I’m ready.

Alternatively, it seems like I could just do everything directly through GED.com.

I’d really appreciate hearing what others chose to do and what your experience was like with either option. Thanks so much!
