Advice needed for Muay Thai vacation...

My family and I are going to chaweng hills in Koh Samui in May and are staying 16 nights. Any advice on trying to get as much training in with myself and my 11 year old son while still not pissing off the rest of my family?

I was thinking paying for private lessons from 8am -9am and having a thai trainer come to us at the villa (there's a large open space) and then going to group session later at 4 or whatever evening time of the gym we choose.
