Yassir Cash reimbursement issues

I bought tickets to a concert i didn’t intend to attend to anymore afterwards. So i got myself reimbursed, i didn’t know it would be in the form of yassir cash. Ok, so i went to bureau tabac with the yassir cash sign, then another one, then another one, nobody wanted to reimburse me lmao. Now my question is, could anybody ever get reimbursed ? I mean yassir drivers most have been ? Right ? Any bureau tabac you know in Algiers who does it ?
