Converting a Moxfield Collection to Tcgplayer

I am trying to convert a moxfield collection to a tcgplayer collection. What is the best way to import the csv over and to get this to work. The biggest issue I am running into is I do not know the Tcgplayer ID numbers for each card I am trying to upload in the csv file. I would rather not have to re-add 1000+ different cards manually.
