Would headlight removal give access to foglight assembly(F56)

I have new foglight assemblies...I also have new headlights on the way...I know bumper cover needs to be removed in order to change entire foglight assembly.

My question is with entire headlight assembly removed would that give enough access to remove foglight assembly....

I already have fogs..(waiting for headlights)....so if removing headlights give enough access I will do both same time.

I really...really dont want to remove entire bumper cover if possible....and NO...you cannot replace entire assembly through access hole...especially the passenger side with washer fluid container.
