Anyone at the Enclave who works at Collins?

Moving to CR this summer and wondering if anyone who works at Collins also lives at the Enclave apartments. If so, how has your experience been there? Just signed a year lease there and not too sure what to expect honestly. It is a little pricey but definitely looks nice, from what I’ve seen at least.
