Will I be able to change to Dao Blade if I change now?

I currently am using SS/HQ. I'd like to switch over to try the new Hexi weapons, but I DEFINITELY want to switch to Dao Blade when it releases.

But I am not completely sure about the timing if the seasons and the free resets. Will the stars align enough that I will be able to switch?
