Do you think Iruma is slowly changing demon nature?

At first Iruma surviving in the demon world felt like pure luck and good timing. But the longer the story goes the more it feels like he is actually influencing the people around him in a big way

Demons are supposed to be selfish and competitive but his whole class keeps acting more cooperative and supportive over time. Even characters that started super aggressive end up softening a bit after being around him

So now I kinda wonder if Iruma is not just adapting to demon society but slowly changing it without realizing

Curious what people think about that. Is it just normal character development or is Iruma lowkey reshaping how demons act in the long run
