Civ 6 doesnt launch on ps5

I have been trying to play the game in version 1.19, it’s on a ps4 disk. It is always stuck at the screen after the intro video. I don’t know what to do, tried deleting the game and reinstalling it, deleting save files and it didn’t work for me. Does anybody have the same problem? How did you fix it?
