Buying Kia Seltos HTX Petrol Manual – need advice on price negotiation and accessories

Hi everyone, I received the following on-road quotation for a Kia Seltos HTX Petrol Manual:

I wanted to check:

1. Is this a reasonable on-road price or is there room for negotiation?
2. Can I negotiate on insurance, accessories, or other charges?
3. Which accessories are actually worth getting from the dealer and which ones should I skip or buy outside?

Would appreciate any advice from current Seltos owners or anyone who recently purchased a Kia. Thanks!
