Am i the only one who thinks Ray was a horrible boss in the first episodes?

He made a 13 year old stay up all night for missions that he didn't need help with, not caring about his personal life or the consequences of Henry literally FALLING ASLEEP in class. He was literally so tired he couldnt go on another mission without falling asleep, and he STILL pushed him.
