Kaiserslautern LCDH, Anyone Local?

Hello guys! I am stuck near Rhine Barracks (by the Ikea) and not able to travel into Kaiserslautern.

I know this is a long shot, but would anyone nearby be willing to pick some cigars for me (I called already to ask about stock availability). I can meet you at the Rhine Barracks gate and pay with Euro or Paypal.
