Really need some help.

So the other Nighy had some severe rain in my area, having had my underside already get messed up when a bunch of what went under my car tge entire rest of tge undercarriage came down. apparently in that process a hole wqs punched into my condenser. Shop I had it taken to is telling me it'd be about $1000 to replace it. along with a new serpentine belt. and freon. I know freon can maybe cost a bit sometimes for a big AC don't know about cars. Does this price sound reasonable. I'd really appreciate some honest help on this. Thanks in advance for any replies.
