Is anything deliberate anymore?

This is an incredibly broad question, but in general, does anyone feel the company is solely behaving reactively? Everything sounds and feels frenetic, as if there's no unified strategy to move forward. I'd love to be told I'm wrong. I'm simply sharing the general feeling I've been experiencing for several weeks.
