GLP-1 Off-Label for Addiction

Has anyone successfully found a doctor to prescribe GLP-1 medication for addictive behaviors like alcohol-use disorder and nicotine addiction? I don't meet the weight criteria to have it prescribed for weight loss, but the new research around GLP-1 for addictive behaviors is intriguing to me. I have tried other medications for alcohol craving with little success. I've done some research into clinical trials on GLP-1 for addiction, but there is nothing in my area. Are there online prescribers offering this off-label?
