Mr Goldy bank in Dubai?

Has anyone bought anything from Mr Goldy recently? Is his bank now in Dubai..? I want to make sure I am speaking to the correct person. Meaning the real Mr Goldy. The bank information is completely different than it was before and I thought this was odd. I’m using the WhatsApp number that has been shared on these subs ending -3499
