I screwed up by using a Peleton-style bike as my first Zwift bike. Now my stats are messed up.
I wanted to try out Zwift for a month or so before committing, so I setup my Echelon bike, which I had bought a couple years prior from Walmart. It's like a Temu Peleton. You need an app to help convert your power into watts for Zwift, and apparently it's very inaccurate.
It had placed me into C-class I didn't know at the time that C-class riders are actually quite strong (in my opinion, at least).
Now I got a Zwift Ride and it's very apparent that I can't hang. I contacted Zwift customer service and they said they'd invalidate those numbers so they don't count. However, I still can't ride in D-class races. Zwift Power says my FTP is 250w, while it's probably half that (I did an FTP test on my Ride but I forgot my score, or maybe it doesn't tell you directly?).
