ULPT how to get refund money from Temu?

Paid 13€ for a bathroom mat, but it arrived completely different

You know, those products that they advertise as a cool material but in real life they print the material on?

So I tried to get a refund with that problem, that its false advertisement but they only offered 1.32€ back.

How could I get back the entire price?

Should I somehow tear it apart and say it arrived broken?
