72h to complete a jigsaw puzzle for a trip. Please help with hard recommendations

Me and my friend made a bet with two girls and the winner gets a trip to any place in Europe of their choice. The bet is that on of those girls gets 72h to complete a puzzle of our choice. She puzzles a lot and I don’t so I don’t know if this bet is bad or not. Is it? Please give me recommendations of puzzles that are extremely hard to complete in 72h. It must be 1000 pieces. No more no less
