Wearable pump that doesn't vibrate? Or should I stick with manual pump?

Looking for a wearable pump that actually pumps and not just vibrate. I got the Lansinoh wearable pump and it basically vibrates which really hurt my nipple. I tried a different flange sizes and measured myself but still no different. Since then I've been using the Mendela manual pump, no nipple pain but I would like something more convenient. Any suggestions?
