Any Gara enjoyers here? Please help!

Hey, I noticed a weird bug where her first ability sometimes doesn't hit enemies. There are other people who have the same issue as well and it's apparently because of casting speed shards.

I do run 2 Tauforged casting speed shards on her so I'm wondering should I drop one of them, run one normal shard or just not run any at all? If anyone here has encountered this issue and managed to find a fix, your help would be greatly appreciated!!
