will i be able to emulate switch 2 games eventually?

sorry if its a stupid question i dont know much about the limits of emulating, i understand it's probably difficult now since it's a new console and the games are also new, but will it happen eventually? will the steam deck even be able to run them or i should stick to pc? i only want to play pokopia lol, and since i'm already asking, i'm guessing it's possible to emulate ps2/ps3 games, any good emulator or tutorial you can share? ty guys in advance
