Getting Bloods done at yearly physical

My yearly is soon, Dr is cool and usually asks if I'd like anything else added other than the usual yearly health markers. It was last year that I had him measure my Total and Free Testosterone. I've been self admistering for about 4-5 weeks so I figured I'd ask him to test both again but what else should I get reading for?
