TMI question about sex

I’m 14 weeks pregnant and my husband and I have refrained from sex since we found out. Reason is we have had 2 losses before and are scared to do anything wrong this time to lose our baby. Our previous losses seemed to be related to my septum which I had removed. Therefore do you think it’s safe to have sex? Not mind blowing crazyness but something light LOL a girl needs some relief
