Telling kids to not do drugs is bad

I know this might sound very dumb. Am I saying we should encourage kids to do very harmful drugs like meth or heroine no. I'm talking about drugs like weed and acid or even pills. Saying no to kids most of the time just makes them wanna do it more. I believe they should be taught that these kinds of things have really horrible effects on your body and mind but if you're gonna do them here's how to do it safely so that you don't end up killing yourself. Ofc this is just my opinion I wouldn't randomly go up to kids telling them that but if the topic ever comes up I would tell my kid if I had one that hey drugs aren't good for you and there's serious risk to taking them but if you are gonna take them here's how to safely. Again I'm not telling you that all drugs should have a guide on how to take them safely. Some drugs are obviously horrible for you and it's better to just not use them at all. Sorry if I reapeted myself a lot I just think it's dumb to tell kids more specifically 13-16 to not smoke weed or take something that might be dangerous. Their more than likely gonna smoke or do something in the future and it should be totally fine to teach them how to consume it safely and how to test it to make sure it's not something else like a research chemical.
