Best tyres for Honda CB 350 RS in Mumbai? Premium + Budget recos pls!

Hey Mumbai riders, I've got a Honda CB 350 RS and need new tyres soon. Looking for recommendations in two flavours (Premium/Best & Budget friendly) also where to get them serviced/fitted in the Mumbai city too.

Two categories:

1. Best overall tyre (price no object) - What's the top pick for grip, longevity, wet performance, and handling on our pothole-ridden roads? Michelin or something else?
2. Budget-friendly option - Reliable daily commuter tyre that won't let me down in monsoon but doesn't break the bank.

My usage: Mix of city commutes, occasional highways to Lonavala/Pune, and some monsoon rides. 95% of the ride is daily commute within the city and remaining 5% of time it's occassional outstation rides ( Mahabaleshwar or Malvan).
