Passed the interview but no response

I’ve already passed the interview last feb 6 and until now, they have not starting me. I’ve gave all the requirements last feb 9. I’ve followed up them last feb 11 but they said that they will return me. Up until now, wala padin. Meron po bang 1 month bago pag simulain sa work? Thank you po.
