Anybody with/had acne even after 12 months postpartum?

So my baby just turned 1yo but i still have acne. I am 33yo. Before pregnancy, i would get some pimples but not that big and deep. When i got pregnant, my skin cleared up and i never had a breakout. After giving birth though, i would get big and deep pimples (some with no heads) that would take so long to clear up.

Still breastfeeding

Diet: i dont eat much sugary food/drinks

Sleep: deprived lol. Sleep is 3-5hrs only

Exercise: starting to get more exercise

How did you deal with this?
