I need to get off pseudoindoxyl fast please ANY advice

Im taking about 100mg a day max with pseudoindoxyl. Everything was fine until the day I noticed I felt off without it. I have been just nibbling little pieces off a 100mg tablet when I absolutely need to. Trying to get down to 50mg in next day or so.

I have some comfort meds but not unlimited amounts. And I definitely don’t have any good supplements.

If my strategy isn’t a good idea what is the best way? If I truly have to cold turkey it any tips? My sleep is already chalked with changing the amount of pseudo I take in a day.
