Small run of custom patches for local soccer club?

Hi! I recently became president of a small local youth soccer club, and we're going through a refresh of jerseys, assorted apparel, etc. In doing so we're also refreshing the logo. I want to have a small run (~10+) of 3" x 3.775" embroidered patches made to see how they look. A few iron-on, a few velcro-backed. They're only 3 colors, kind of a shield/crest shape, and not crazy detailed in the design.

They'd most likely be put on the chest of sideline jackets for coaches, on player backpacks, possibly jerseys (though we'll probably just go with DTF transfers because of bulk cost and that's what the wholesaler for the team kits can easily deal with), and then maybe a smaller version that can be put on a ballcap.

I've looked at using places like Ninja Patches, but I don't really like that I can't get a nice merrowed border unless I use one of their canned cut-out shapes, which would mean I'd have to redesign the logo. I also don't know if there's a better recommendation in terms of consistency & quality.

My preference would be to work with a smaller outfit or individual, ideally a local one (Portland, OR), but there are just so many to choose from. I am hoping to draw on the collective wisdom of the experts here for some suggestions. Thanks!
