2021 Mazda CX-5 with 67k miles vs 2020 Madza CX-30 with 34k miles for new anxious driver?

I am 26f and have never had a car before because I've always had driving anxiety. However I'm at a point in my life where I've been practicing and am feeling good enough that I do want to be a car owner. I've found the two cars in the title online and like the safety features like lane departure warnings and rearview mirror monitoring.

I've heard Mazdas are good for new drivers and found those two on carmax that I've been considering.

Any advice for picking between the two? Both are single owner with no recalls or crash history.
