Random trios always going loud, do you follow them or play your own way?

How do you usually handle playing with a random trio when they always go in guns blazing instead of being sneaky?

Do you stick with them and fight, try to stay stealthy around them, or just split off and play your own way? Any tips for dealing with random teammates and still having a good run?
