Front Desk/Host Email for Dreams Natura Cancun?

Hi All,

Does anyone have a direct contact for someone at Dreams Natura in Cancun? I'm traveling with the family in May 2026 and booked on a Chase Travel Points Redemption; I want to make sure they have my reservation & make arrangements for my birthday while I'm out there.

I contacted them on facebook and the automated response gave me the following email addresses, but then no real person responded to my message. Has anyone had success with the following email addresses?
