Is the Amazon big book sale that's supposed to start today real?

I was looking for the best time of year to buy books and came across a page called "goodereader" saying there is a big book sale for amazon from March 6th to March 31st, but I can't find anything in Amazon.com, is the sale a real thing or just some sort of scam?
