Akershus reservation - which to keep?

Taking our 5 yo to Disney in April. Staying on site. We have an 1125 reservation at Akershus on Sunday and 840 reservation on Monday. Obviously will do Epcot that day. Planning Magic Kingdom the other day.

We are only planning to keep one of the reservations. Is there anything I should be considering that would point toward one over the other?
