[M4F] The Nerd's First Sorority Party
The music pounds louder and louder throughout the house, but somehow, the shouts of the partygoers are even louder still, and I'm not going to lie, my head is already starting to hurt. I'm not exactly used to parties like this, which is painfully obvious to anyone else in attendance. After all, this is a party thrown by one of the most elite sororities on campus, of which my older sister happens to be a member. All the girls are stunning beyond belief, and the guys are the sort of well-dressed jocks that I expect will grow up to take over their dad's corporate law firm if they don't start their own craft brewery or something.
Meanwhile, I hang around the edges of the party, my "I didn't ask how big the room was, I said I cast Fireball" t-shirt giving away how very out of place I am. Don't get me wrong, I appreciate my sister for making the invitation; I know it's her popularity and reputation on the line to even have me here at all. Still, no matter how gorgeous all the girls are, and how jealous I am watching them dance on the hot guys that I know they'll be taking back to their rooms later, I just can't help but feel like I want to go back to my own dorm and play Baldur's Gate 3.
At least, that was what I thought before I hear a voice from just behind me calling my name, and turn to get a glimpse of one of the most beautiful women I've ever seen, her eyes sparkling as they land on mine. I straighten my back, and begin to smile warmly despite myself, putting my phone away and giving this lovely sorority girl my full attention. Maybe this night won't be the worst after all...
\*\*\*
Hello there! I hope this message finds you well. I'd love to play out a scene where a nerd is feeling out of place at a big sorority function, until he meets one (or, if you're feeling adventurous, more than one) of his sister's sorority friends. Maybe they're secretly nerds themselves, maybe they find his nerdiness a refreshing change of pace, or maybe they have decided that in spite of his seeming awkwardness, they intend to welcome him to his first year of college the way only they can. If any lovely ladies out there are interested in showing off just how fun a party can be, I'd absolutely love to hear from you!
