Hello, I have memories of a scene but I've been searching for a while and I can't find what movie it is...

It's the kind of "weird/murky" movie they showed on i-sat channel in the 90s/2000s, so I guess it has to be from that time, I don't remember it "visually" as an older movie. I remember it as being in the English or French style.

What I remember is that they were 2 skinny guys, one of them was (as I remember) a punk or skinhead style character, and he was quite crazy and quite aggressive (style of the tattooed bald guy from "Ex Drummer (2007)") and the scene I have in mind is that they lived in a fairly ruined building, the supposed crazy bald guy (who I don't know if he was a friend or just a neighbor) lived on the floor above and breaks the floor to go to the apartment below (where the another protagonist) and the bald guy went down the hole in the floor and ends up having sex with the girlfriend of the guy below.

That's the part I remember from the movie, I don't remember anything else...

I thought it was a part of the movie "Ex Drummer" but I saw it and it's not from there.

If anyone has an idea what movie it is, please give me information so I can find it.

Thank you so much and sorry for my bad english.
