Weirdest record you got from a thrift or garage sale?
For me, an older home in an otherwise new neighborhood was having a garage sale and they had a rubbermaid storage container of records. I didn't really know many but there was a couple of colored vinyl without sleeves and just loosely in there. They were all the same, prob 4-5 of them that were white and pink. I found one with a sleeve and he wanted $2. I got it home and played it and i was disappointed it had a few pops/crackles and just put it away for a few years, some songs were recognizable, but the surface noise bothered me for such a pretty white/pink marble slice of plastic.
A few years later, netflix drops a throwback nostalgic series and i remember hearing the song.
I wonder how they got so many of them, but then reading that record stores in Canada accepted returns of this due to poor sound quality from the pressing.... unfortunately the seller moved.
