Trying to find drunk driving PSA

There are so many memorable PSAs that made it onto YouTube, but I can't seem to find this one:

A mum, dad and daughter come home to find their house absolutely trashed, teens sleeping everywhere. Remote floating in the fishtank, absolute chaos. They go to their son's room looking upset, but then he rolls over in his sleep and they see everyone's car keys are tied to his wrist with a shoelace. They smile and close the door so he can sleep more. The tagline was something like "Nobody drives drunk at Kyle's house" or something.

It has been driving me nuts, so anyone who can find this online is my hero!
