Should I call again after applying?

I applied to a job on indeed on February 21st, I know indeed isn't the best place to apply but I live in a small town and finding local places on LinkedIn is difficult. I called about a week after I applied to see if they moved forward in the process and was told they haven't yet and hr would give me a call back. Another week has almost passed and on indeed it says they've only gone through 80% of applications. Should I call again or wait? I really want this job so I want to do as much as I can without going overboard to increase my chances. Any advice is appreciated
